REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
When paying conference/event fees, please select ONE method: credit card, check or purchase order. Send a copy of your registration confirmation and check or purchase order (a P.O. Number is required on all purchase orders) to: Educational Opportunity Association, Treasurer

Required Attendee Registration: All individuals attending the conference must pay a registration fee. All workshops and educational session presenters MUST be registered.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 12:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Event registration is refundable less a processing charge of 50% of a member regular registration fee if written notice is received on or before October 30, 2020. Written notice with a signature and reason for cancellation must be emailed to: Whitney Wagner at wagnerw@central.edu. No refund requests will be accepted after October 30, 2020. Any eligible refunds will be made following the conference and will be processed by December 31, 2020. All registrants who request a cancellation will be responsible for 50% of the registration fee even if payment has not been processed yet at the time of cancellation.

To provide the conference committee with the most accurate planning numbers, all completed registration forms will be considered as conference attendees and will be responsible for registered payment. All other cancellations must follow the guidelines below prior to October 30, 2020 to avoid increased charges. Information submitted in the registration will: A. Provide required conference information for conference planning and materials. B. Identify volunteers who would like to help with the conference. C. Assist to provide acknowledgement you are registered for the conference. D. Assist to provide a receipt (via email) when payment has been verified. A receipt will be sent to the email address listed on the registration form. In order to allow time for the conference committee to process all information, online regular registration will terminate on October 23, 2020.
