EOA Finance Members

The responsibility of the Finance Committee is to develop the annual budget for the Association and to submit the proposed budget to the Board of Directors for approval prior to the first meeting of the Board of Directors. The Finance Committee shall also be responsible for oversight of the Fiscal Policies and Procedures and for monitoring all fiscal matters pertinent to the Association's activities. The President (as ex officio), Treasurer, the President Elect and three additional members shall comprise this committee.
